Regina is a researcher and investigator based in New York City. She started Telescope Research to bridge the divide between traditional corporate investigations and the needs of advocacy and not-for-profit groups.

Regina was previously an investigator at two top tier, Chambers and Partners-ranked global investigative firms where she conducted and managed complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations on behalf of white shoe law firms and multinational companies.

Her subject-matter expertise includes Latin America, corruption, extremism, and disinformation.
